Sometimes being together with fellow players does not necessarily mean being on court and hitting shuttles from one end to the other. We also have lots of fun "after hours". Below are the impressions of our latest get-togethers and details for the next one...

Summer BBQ 2008 – 14th June

The summer BBQ will be held on 14th June. If anyone would like to volunteer their garden we are looking for a host. So, if you are willing to offer your garden for the afternoon / evening, we are able to provide tables, chairs plates, food etc, as well as many pairs of hands to help set up and clear away.

"Christmas 2007"/ Winter Party

The BIBC Christmas Party was be held on Saturday 12 January 2008 at De Kam (as always).
The theme was "Christmas Down Under" and we could see quite a lot of people suitably dressed for the outback...unfortunately, no strange animals where spottet amongst th eguests....
As in the years before, the Christmas gift swap was once again great fun for all. Most wanted present: a felt hat (don't ask...)

Summer BBQ 2007

The annual club BBQ, took place at Andrés place on Saturday 16th June 2007. Apart from good food we enjoyed highly competitive games, such as darts and hitting nails into a tree trunk...Luckily the weather was on our side and it stayed dry - something rare for this summer.

Christmas "Cartoon" Party 2006

We had our 2006 Christmas Party on 16 December 2006. At De Kam. The theme was "Cartoons" and a number of us came along dressed up amusingly/ridiculously/impressively/silly-ly, thus allowing, for example, Pinocchio to stick his nose into Mini Mouse in a rather improper way... ;-)

Weekend in the Ardennes, September 2006
